Don't need to say much about this one. The zebrawood is a great compliment to the Peruvian walnut. It measures 10 1/4 x 13 x 1 1/4 inches thick and is made with the end grain facing up so it will last a lifetime. With the end grain facing up your knives will be less likely to make marks and will stay sharp much longer. That is, if you can bring yourself to cut on it at all...most of my customers use one side for cutting and one for "presenting" when they have guests. I'll will include a bottle of my board rub that will keep it looking great for years to come. Care instructions will be provided as well. The board is finished with mineral oil and beeswax so is very foodsafe. Just please never put it in the dishwasher or microwave.
